Vladimir Guskic is a Conceptual Designer and Animator. Born and raised in Belgrade, in the capital of Serbia, he moved to California in 2007 where he gained experience in both agency and corporate environments as a multimedia specialist. Always learning, he took his first visual design for the web course this summer and re-designed Buena Vista Social Club website.
Students Zach Russell (copywriter) and Kristen Sugihara (art director) teamed up to create this tasty ad work for pumpernickel. This "Eat Like a Saint" campaign goes from print to outdoor to grocery store installation. Created for a Copywriting Media Course, the goal was to create something different, something memorable.
In response to the multi-year California drought, student Nichol DeRosier created this beautiful concept study, for Shortage - a water saving brand and line of products that allow the consumer to see their water use easily and in real time.
As home to more than 100 breweries, beer is especially loved here in San Diego. In our Concepting Techniques course, student Liz Lybrook conceptualized and built this campaign for Oktoberfest, to celebrate this unique beer capital. Liz also created an interactive component to roll-out the campaign.
